Once construction has been completed, our in-house installation and design team will oversee the delivery of all procured furnishings, artwork and accessories to the site transforming your living space and bringing your vision to reality.
Through progress meetings and regular site inspections we are on hand to answer any questions throughout the build process. Providing any additional drawings as well to ensure the design intent comes to life as expected. In addition to overseeing the build process, Jourdan Klein Interiors would be sourcing and procuring furniture items during this phase as well to ensure a timely delivery.
The objective of this phase is to determine a “look and feel” for your project and to understand the ways in which you would like it to support your lifestyle and needs. Using the conceptual design, we can then start to develop the design into detailed design pages, technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, etc.) and specifications through a series of meetings and showroom visits. These documents will be used by the contractor for pricing and reference throughout the project.
