The first drawing I can remember being super excited to show my mom and dad was of an underwater hotel. I had color coordinated the hotel rooms with the doors and drew out a very extensive ballroom and lobby. When asked “how will guests get down there?” by my father, I promptly said “Who knows. But they will have a beautiful visit surrounded by sea life and pretty things when they do!” So, it wasn’t a shock years later when I attended Cornell University to study Hotel Administration.  After college, while working on a project building and designing private yachts my passion for interior design took hold! It had always been there but under the disguise of hotel management.

Now with a degree in interior design my career had started. Through the early years, I found myself working on projects that were not located in the same city as I was. It was during this time, I was able to hone my eye for craftsmanship and quality, working with different and sometimes new vendors, as well as expand my knowledge for textiles and furnishings.

I believe that design should be personalized to each client’s lifestyle, taste and most importantly what home means to them.
